Recently, we had the opportunity to provide professional TV display solutions for a final burial ceremony held at MAO Events Centre & Halls, KM 2, Sango-Ijoko Road, Sango Ota, Ogun State.
This event was a beautiful celebration of life for:

It was a solemn and memorable occasion where family, friends, and loved ones gathered to celebrate a remarkable life.
How the Client Found Us
Interestingly, the first contact came from the event photographer, who needed a display solution for the burial ceremony.
He initially asked for a projector rental.
As professionals, we always ask the right questions before recommending any equipment. Instead of immediately pushing for a projector booking, we requested pictures of the event venue.
After reviewing the photos, we discovered that the venue was an open hall—not fully covered.
This was very important.
A projector would not have delivered clear visibility in that environment, especially during daytime, because projectors perform best in darker indoor spaces.
We professionally advised the client to go for large TV screens instead of a projector.
We explained that TV screens would provide brighter, sharper, and clearer display for tribute videos and photo slideshows in an open hall setting.
They trusted our recommendation, accepted the advice, and booked two 65-inch LG Smart TVs with stands.

The event was scheduled to start by 12 noon.
However, we left our house as early as 8:30 AM and arrived at the venue by 9:40 AM—well before setup time.
This early arrival impressed the event planner.
She was especially happy because they had found us online, and like many people today, she initially had concerns about online scams.
Thankfully, the photographer had confidence in our professionalism and convinced her to proceed.
They sent 70% of the total fee in advance, and when we arrived early and delivered exactly as promised, their confidence in us became even stronger.

The Setup and Event Experience
For this event, we used:
- Two 65-inch LG Smart TVs
- Professional TV stands
- Dual laptop setup for smooth display control
Using one laptop, we split the display so both TVs showed the same content simultaneously.
We began by projecting beautiful photographs of the deceased, family memories, and other important visual moments.
At a special moment during the ceremony, we played the tribute video—a powerful and emotional highlight of the event.
After the tribute video, we continued displaying photos and other relevant content throughout the program.
The clear display helped guests stay connected to the memories being shared, creating a more meaningful and emotional experience for everyone present.
